Rainbow Restaurant: 38 years serving simple, fresh meals in Fort Collins

A few weeks ago, Ian and I cruised over to Rainbow Restaurant in Fort Collins. I’ve been meaning to eat at Rainbow for years, but I’ve always been skeptical. It’s right across the street from CSU, and, quite frankly, when a restaurant is so close to a college campus the food tends to be cheap, greasy, and not very good. But, I’ve heard glowing reviews from several friends, so I decided it was about time I make my way over to Rainbow.

Rainbow offers brunch, lunch, and dinner. Ian and I opted to start with lunch.

Wordless Monday: I Heart Autumn in Colorado!

Not much to say today. I’ll show instead of tell.

We don’t often get to experience fall, nevertheless a fall with beautiful colors, lots of leaves, and warm weather! I’ve heard it’s supposed to snow this week (perhaps tomorrow – eek!). Thus, I’m going to relish the last few moments of our beautiful fall…
