Growing up, my family made several trips to Glenwood to soak in the Hot Springs and pick through trinkets at the Sioux Villa Curio (though I think only my brother and I really enjoyed the super touristy shop!). It’s been years since I went back to Glenwood.
Thus, when Ian asked where I wanted to go to celebrate my graduation, the first place that popped into my mind was Glenwood Springs! And since we’re on a budget, a staycation trip was exactly what we wanted.

By Amber, on May 15th, 2011% I’ve been waiting to post my Colfax Marathon 5K race recap so I could include my exact time. But, the race page has yet to update the actual results. When I crossed the finish line, the clock read 27:00 exactly, but I know I started the race late because I was more toward the middle. I’m so anxious to know my true time!**
